Welcome to Bayshore Health Center, which is located on scenic Park Point overlooking the beautiful Duluth Harbor.

At Bayshore we specialize in physical therapy and rehabilitation services, senior care, young adult care and serving people with memory loss, traumatic brain injuries, or chronic illness who need 24-hour care.

Bayshore is one of only four locations in Minnesota that has specialized young adult long-term care services and the only such location north of the Twin Cities.

We are located at 1601 St. Louis Avenue just a few minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park. We are part of Ecumen in Duluth, which includes our sister communities of Lakeshore and Lakeland Shores Apartments. Ecumen is Minnesota's largest non-profit senior housing and services provider.
